good Double Trouble Dash 5K 3.16 mi 00:30 09:30 pace

Ross and I did the Double Trouble Dash for the Leukemia/Lymphoma society. In this race, we were tethered together by fuzzy handcuffs. :-) We placed SECOND as a team in this race....go us! I think the time was about 20 seconds faster, because I forgot to turn off the Garmin. We got medals and everything. Cool!
