good Yin Yoga with Sub Tonight 01:15

Had a sub tonight, and the class was tiny (3 people). A little different, but not too bad. I am coming to realize my hamstrings are perpetually very tight. Every pose yanks on them, even if they are supposed to be pulling on different things. :-) Think I need to work on that.
