I did take before pictures -- maybe I should take "midway" to see if there is any difference. I don't need to lose any weight, I am just looking to improve performance, challenge myself and further define my abs! :)

Midway pictures along with afters would be a great way to show progress. Think about it you're used to seeing your body the way it is now so if you can actually see the progress I think you'll be surprised.
