#fitfluential WOW! I've been complaining that my run pace has slowed slightly since starting Insanity. Well, a friend recommended a running blog to me about Chi Running. When I got out on the street, I could only remember one principle that I read - it said to lean slightly forward while you run. I couldn't believe how my speed picked up with that one small move. Not only was I running back at my "regular" pace, I was about 15-20 faster than my normal "fast" running pace. I feel great!

Awesome! Can you point me to the article? I need all the good advice I can get :)
