    was actually 5 miles ... the itouch hated me today. It was nice that I didn't just melt onto the pavement like the last few runs I've tried to do outside.

      yeah, I've been having a hard time getting into it but I'm slowly trying to get the miles back up. I took a few weeks off to finish up school and that basically zapped my legs somehow.

    meh...didn't really think I was going to even make it 5 minutes I was dragging so much this morning however it ended up going OK. All's well that ends well.

    Time is approximate due to nike+ officially being on the fritz today. Felt pretty good though I was basically just trotting. This actually felt easy just about the whole time which was nice.

    I had been avoiding the gym for a few days since it's been so nice out. Did a bunch of random weights, abs, and a little cardio. Got on the erg for the first time in a while.

    This was actually sort of a nice steady state run. I got into the last mile and kicked my pace up a bit to make sure I made it under an hour(59:30).
