great Strong Lifts 5x5 00:30

Strong lifts 5x5 so it was really 5 sets with 5 reps of three different exercises. In the squat 45 lbs was waaaay too light. I upped to 55 lbs and then 60 between sets. It didn't get too hard but balance became a bigger issue. I'll try 65lbs next time in the squat. The barbell row was harder than expected.
