great Vinyasa Flow 01:00

YMCA Vinyasa Flow class. Focus on back bends and twists. Had a difficult time (again) going into the twist from crescent lunge - no balance. My feet almost touched the floor in plow but my weak rib muscle scared me away from committing to the pose. Exhilarating while it lasted. It was a great flow. I love triangle pose - still haven't figured out why.
