    Group cycle class. Better than a treadmill. Some of the moments reminded me of those moments in a race when you're tired and you don't want to keep going. Definitely got the heart rate up.

    Gateway Trail run with Stephanie. We walked every mile. Pace between walks kept dropping. Last mile we were running at 9:10. Great run! Yay for the Gateway!

    Good run. Cold. (6F) out to lake Como, one turn around the lake and then back home. The end is always hard because it's mostly uphill.
