    Out with a friend gash in my tire made me cut it short at 30 oh well not training for anything to pout about it, better than being stranded on the side of the road miles from my car.

      Yeah, I do the early morning wake-up call too partially because I commute and partially because I usually try to get a workout in the morning, but since I'm taking a break from running my motivation for double days has reduced. I'm not much of a swimmer, but I find the more time I put in the more relaxed I get and the better I do.

      Yes I found that out as well with the pool. Yeah when your not doing much running I agree that you lose some motivation. It's such a rough cycle!

    Should have gone for a bike ride, but since I'm not training for anything at the moment I was motivated to sleep in more than I was motivated to put all my cycling gear on.
