    Pumpkin Classic 10K!!!! Morton, Illinois. Was wonderful! Is so great to be home. Ran the entire run. I've had a better 10K time, but I feel that this is still a time to be proud of!!

    Ran the first three. But was too hot. Power walked the rest.... My legs felt good, but the sweat just would not stop!

    first longer run in a long time. Ran in full sun and heat! Still felt good!
