I wanted to go 9 or 10, but I knew that yesterday's leg workout and weight training was going to make my legs feel a bit like string cheese, so I decided to stick to village roads and stop as soon as I felt like I was pushing too hard. I started out fast (around 9:02) so, as I hit 10 minute miles, I decided to enjoy the weather and walk the rest of the way home. I felt really good, though.
