This was the hardest 3 miles I have ran considering I haven't ran in over 2 weeks. Sweat in the eyes, lungs burning, and almost puking in someone's yard helps make for a good nights sleep.

New PR by 5 minutes and didn't really start feeling pain until mile 23. Last time it was mile 18 or 19. Not too bad considering the majority of my training was on the treadmill.

Awesome! Great job, Heather! The weather was conducive for a great race. I'm glad they put in a 10 Mile. It was pretty well organized. The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't offer any sports drinks at the aid stations.
