Around Vandy-Belmont area. I was again the victim of my inherent laziness and woke up about an hour later than planned and missed out on the last 1.5 miles that I needed for this weekend. I also suspect that 6 straight days of weight training/running has started to take its toll on me mentally as I just felt beat today. I may take an easy week next week on the cardio next week since I should be tapering anyhow.
