    This was my first official 10k, so a first personal record. Pleased. I pushed myself at the beginning, was concerned I might not have anything left in the end, but I did. Yay.

    It was just me and Mike and Brad swimming with Coach Joe. Then Justin showed up. At the end of the workout we had to play chase the rabbit for 5x50 meters and those guys wore me out!
