what should i be doing exercise wise 1-2 days before my race?? today i'm planning on an active rest or complete rest day anyway, cause its been a while... should i run at all tomorrow? maybe yoga?


My 10k training program told us to rest 2 days before the race. If you do exercise, take it easy, low impact. You worked hard to get here and you'd hate to injure yourself before the race. Good luck!

A running friend told me to rest for two days before to have "fresh legs" for the race. It looks like that is what you decided to do.

yeah i took it pretty easy... yoga and walking mostly. it worked out well!!
