    A beautiful day in Glenwood, cloudy but great views of Hood and Adams. Stuck to gravel roads and took lots of turns to work all those little stabilizers.

      I'm proud to say I didn't indulge in yummy treats after the race - I've been keeping it healthy! I also read up on properly carb-loading before the race, and I felt great.
