      Nice 3 miler, Lauren. Concrete is bad news. I avoid it as much as possible. I run in the street because asphalt is a little more forgiving.

    Just jogged/walked. would have been faster if it hadn't been for some awful traffic. Next time I decide to run in the neighborhood I need to find a different route...

      I wasn't aware that you were suposed to hurt after a race. I thought you were suposed to feel awesome. That's how I assess my races. :)

    My first race! It was a lot of fun and I'm so glad I only have to wait a month to run another one! My time is an estimate, but I'll know for sure once they get the chip times up!

    Best time yet! But that could be because 3K in I had to stop because I felt like I was going to vom. I thought my run ended there, but then I burped and felt better and finished. :)

    I had planned to run 3, but I wore heels all day yesterday, much of it on uneasy terrain, and I was having some shin/ankle pain because of it. Oh well. Here's hoping for a better run tomorrow.
