mile warmup ez pace appx 10 min mile and 3 strides of 20 seconds each. total time 9:35; Cool down was bad, I got three horrible side stitches, could feel that muscle i overstretched telling me it was done... took 11:51. but I made it home after 4 walk breaks.:)

    ooooh! Hang in there. Great pace ~ :) I'm a newbie so I'm not sure bout side stitches but they sound not good... be kind2urself :-) Walk breaks r good.
