good time-test 2 mi 00:16 07:54 pace

it went well. better than i expected. i think i could have done a little better if i figure out what pace to go, but i haven't one any 5k pace workouts so... splits mile 1= 7:23 mile 2 8:26... like i said way off. my last 5k 2 mile time test was 14;49 so this is a minute slower. so I guess that will give me any idea of what my 5k will be like probably looking at 25-27 minute range. it was perfect weather at 63 degrees, 88% humidity, not so much. Downside i think i overstretched a muscle, ill be taking 2-3 days off or so...should i use heat for that???

Nice job Lauren, sorry about the muscle pull and side stitch! Ice, ibuprofen and rest should do the trick!

Reckon you can crack 25 if you just remember to pack a cattleprod for those awkward "hellish-damn-traffic-in-the-way" moments...

Time trial looks quite good. Most people are happy to crack 30 minutes for a 5 km race. I know it is not going to be a PB for you, but anything can happen on race day.
