great Pilates--Advanced Reformer 01:00

Great session today. Worked a lot on "black holes," or parts of your body you forget to use or fire. Lots of work with the medicine ball to make sure we were using both sides equally. Good chair work, too. Finally feeling like I can keep up!

    Awesome job!! I would be interested in hearing about the black holes. The gal that teaches our Sunday core class always manages to find spots on me that I have forgotten.
