great Pilates--Advanced Reformer 01:00

Great session today. Worked a lot on "black holes," or parts of your body you forget to use or fire. Lots of work with the medicine ball to make sure we were using both sides equally. Good chair work, too. Finally feeling like I can keep up!

Did I ever say congrats for passing your tests? If not, here it is - big congrats! I hope you had cheese dip to celebrate.

Thanks, Stacy! I had cheese dip Monday night before my tests (for good luck!), then a great dinner at The Admiral the celebration dinner.

Awesome job!! I would be interested in hearing about the black holes. The gal that teaches our Sunday core class always manages to find spots on me that I have forgotten.

Michelle, it's intense, but makes you work both sides evenly. Thanks, Sally!
