good Pilates: Reformer/High Barrel/Wunda Chair/Cadillac 00:30

Body is a bit stiff. Warmed up on the Reformer, then stretches on High Barrel, review of intermediate Wunda Chair and stretching on Cadillac. I'm actually working at my studio today--easier than going back and forth. Will be PR girl until I turn into a Pilates pumpkin at 5pm. Then a short run and more Pilates. Never a dull moment.
