    great 5K Warm-up 2.08 mi 00:21 09:54 pace

Easy warm-up. Was nice to move and get the blood flowing. Temp was about 40, but blustering winds and some sort of precipitation, which thankfully, went away. Knew I was in for a good race.

    great 3.15 mi 00:23 07:21 pace

I was just a little emotional--her style is a bit gruff, but she means well, and I learn so much from her. And I had a great training session today. Probably because I did Reformer, which is my favorite thing ever.

@Katie: Fun is the main thing--I took three days off from running last week, just because I felt like it. But it enabled me to have a great long run on Sunday and a quality workout today. I only use my watch for speed-specific workouts. Otherwise, it's about having fun. I'm excited for your goals, too!
