Easy warm-up. Was nice to move and get the blood flowing. Temp was about 40, but blustering winds and some sort of precipitation, which thankfully, went away. Knew I was in for a good race.

@Katie: Fun is the main thing--I took three days off from running last week, just because I felt like it. But it enabled me to have a great long run on Sunday and a quality workout today. I only use my watch for speed-specific workouts. Otherwise, it's about having fun. I'm excited for your goals, too!
