alright 20min AMRAP 5 OH Squats, 10 HR pushup, 15 double unders 01:00

Blah. Didn't feel strong at all. Plus I still can't get the double unders so I had to do 60 single jumps. I complete 4 rounds plus the 1 required 1K row. Always good to have Tanya with me.
