    Wow, that was really hard. I couldn't quite finish my second set of pike's. AND I was the slowest sprinter in the group. Not that I have any ego left at this point.

    I haven't been running, but doing a lot of barre/pilates strength work. Felt great to get out there today.

    It was only 12 degrees and hazy, but I needed to get outside.

    We're having people over, so I had to fit a really quick run in. 23 degrees, a little cold on my face. Happy New Year everyone!

    Round and round we go. Did some sprints to try and work on my speed.

    Didn't make it far. It was really treacherous, with ice pack under the snow. Beautiful though. Headed to the gym instead.

    Roads were too icy to run, so joined everyone else at the gym.

    It was a seriously beautiful day. We got fresh snow and the sky was blue. Hard to beat the Utah mountains for beauty!
