Just finished my 4th half marathon. Would like to break 30 minutes for a 5k. Lose 15 lbs. by May. Run 13 half marys in 2013! Slow but out there!

    Ran with a fellow west Texas turtle, Sandra. Beautiful day! Felt good until last 1.5 mile. Hip flexor is compensating for my weakness on my right side. Got it done though and I'm happy with that!

      yikes! sorry to hear Laura. hope the pain isn't too bad and you can continue to enjoy running leading up to the surgery.
