still toying around with low HR running. forgot my stinkin HR monitor, so i just ran by feel. pretty sure i would have been above my HR limits, but it was still a very very easy pace. i think the squirrels were mocking me at one point, waiting to the last minute to run in front of me because they were confident i wouldn't hit them at that slow a pace LOL.
