great USNWC main trail 4.36 mi 01:01 14:03 pace

trail run with ashley today and experimented with low heart rate running. i will say that its nice not feeling beat up and totally exhausted after a run, but it sucks having to swallow your pride and go slow. i may have to give this some consideration to help build a solid base, we'll see......

    its the main trail that runs along the river. we were going to do the lake loop, but it was crazy busy with mtn bikers. do you go out there often?
