Self-imposed one week break from swimming/biking = done. Still not sure whether that made a difference in the knee, but it surely didn't hurt. In any case, felt nice to do something aerobic again! Beautiful morning to swim outside (before it's 97* out). Knee was a little cranky before I even started, but feels ok now.
