      Yeah! Wild Idaho 100 is now called the IMTUF 100 (Idaho Mountain Trail Ultra Festival) and is October 6-7. It looks like we are adding another very cool race to the series as well in July in McCall. Look for details soon! Also, I updated the points on the website - much improved. :)

      If there are certain pieces you really like, you should make a list. DM has an API (a way for programmers to get at the data in the system) and that sounds like a fun project.

      That part of my legs at the bottom of my calves and below is sore today. Can tell I haven't done the barefoot in a while. I did it last winter on the treadmill, but it is hard for me to be motivated to do it when I can run outside.

      You mean from Bear? Um, probably by mid-November I would say. So, 7 weeks or so, I guess. It's hard to say because I backed way off on my running anyway. If I would have been pushing to get back to training, I probably would have been more aware of when I really started feeling full strength.

      That was probably a stupid question because I could kinda infer you were recovered. But definitely curious how long overall. Quite a process and quite a feat to have done.

      No, not a stupid question...if you would have seen me out there last weekend on a 17 mile trail run, you would have definitely been wondering. I may be "recovered" whatever that means, but I have not built my mileage/endurance back up. I think the more years we do this, the more intuitive it will become. :)
