  1. RUN
good 2015 08 14 Quick SyFy Friday Run 6.51 mi

Brisk, but very favorable considering it's Feb in the Great Lakes area. Ankle is still weak so these short runs are good for building strength and flexibility before the big push.

  2. RUN
good 2015 08 14 Quick SyFy Friday Run 6.51 mi

Another easy run to build strength in the ankle. enjoying the spring weather in Feb... in the Great Lakes area. I'll take it.

  3. RUN
good 2015 08 14 Quick SyFy Friday Run 6.51 mi

3 months of recuperation has left the ankle in an atrophied state. Gotta build strength back up. But it's 50 degrees in Jan. Good time to start.

  4. Still on the mend. At least the ankle isn't as swollen as it was two weeks ago.

Hey there. It's coming back after 3 months of convalescence. Now I just have to rebuild the strength in it before attempting those long runs of the past.

    good 2015 09 28 Italian Gardens Run 15.94 mi

Definitely a New England type of run. Cold, overcast, drizzly, grey, and dark. Just like old times when I lived in Boston, MA. Still putting in the 16, although it's getting a little depressin... read more

Steady run. Was tempted to do a little more but need to hold the course. Also need to put some work into building the upper body. Will probably help my gait and rhythm.
