    Easy run. Very nice temps. Starting off with some easy ones to get a feel for the road again before I attempt those power months again. Definitely need strength in the lower legs.

    Brisk, but very favorable considering it's Feb in the Great Lakes area. Ankle is still weak so these short runs are good for building strength and flexibility before the big push.

    3 months of recuperation has left the ankle in an atrophied state. Gotta build strength back up. But it's 50 degrees in Jan. Good time to start.
