I managed to workout this morning to Chalean Extreme. I decided to jump to the final set of workouts. Ouch...I'm going to be sore. I lifted weights for 40 minutes and decided do to some cardio on the dreadmill. It seems like it takes forever when running on the dreadmill. I went from speed 3 all the way to speed 7 at the end.
