    My new favorite place to go running. I just drop off my daughter at preschool and head straight over to Tanyard Creek. This trail is so challenging, I'm not worried about my pace!

    I managed to sneak in a super early morning run...it's amazing how much faster you run while in the dark. Nothing like watching the sun rise. My foot is now killing me.
