    400 warm up, 100 buoy, 2x150 drill, 100 buoy, 2x300 fins, 100 cool down.

    Just didn't feel it today, from the beginning. Wanted to throw up for approximately 75% of the race. Some days you got it, some days you don't. Oh well!

    Felt okay, heart rate was fine, pace was good, legs felt a little heavy. Time for some foam roller!

    Felt very fast on the 400's! 4x 2x400 with 60 sec rest alternating 400 recovery. Got faster on the last set, finished with 1:40's.

    Not much a run really, super wet conditions! 3 river crossings, lots of mud, slippery rocks. Adventure!

    Awesome class! Really got some hip and shoulder action going. Crazy bow pose move - instructor picked me up, mid bow, and tossed me back and forth!
