    I went running at the track for an hour with a friend. I wasn't into the run at all. There was zero motivation tonight. Hopefully tomorrow will be better!

    I ran two kilometers to the next town and decided to walk back home since my shoe was cutting into my foot. Got home and had to wash blood off my foot. The injury was well worth it :)

    We went on a road trip for the weekend, so I ran with my uncle down in Cedar City. It was HOT and most of it was hills.

    I didn't want to try anything too difficult for my first run, so I decided to go for two miles. It didn't take too long and I'm pretty proud of myself for actually doing it.
