    Its so hot here today! It went well except for the heat. The only time I walked was on the sandy part on the beach boardwalk.

    Really good. I ran through the park which was infinitely better than what I was doing before. It was super foggy though which can be incredibly disorienting.

    On a treadmill during my break from reunion work yesterday. Ran for 20 minutes straight. My knees hurt a bit. I really need new shoes/not run on treadmills.

    It was so hard to get myself to run. My knees hurt, I was exhausted.. just totally not energized :( I did 5 minutes of bike after just to make good use of my time at the gym.

      I'm home for a bit/working reunion at Vassar for a bit and then moving to NYC for a month to do an architectural design program (free access to their gym! woohoo!). After that, I'll come home for a second, hopefully have found a job in San Francisco and my plan is to move out there by the end of August!

      What about you? When does your job end?

      My job ends next week. No real summer plans. My dad is visiting in a couple of weeks. I'm going to try to go home to see my family and friends. Most of the summer will be spent on job apps. San Fran sounds so fun!

    SO SO SO HUMID TODAY. I managed to run a little more than walked and even did a set of ab exercises. Its time for me to stop being so lazy. I know.

    I ran at around 7:30 pm, it was not as hot but very humid. Still a walk/run but a little longer running times!
