    Sunday bike rides are the best! ...until your bike breaks when you're 7 miles from home kind of in the middle of no where... but luckily a very nice man stopped and was able to fix my bike:)

    Ran I think 6 sets of stairs, with crunches, jumping jacks, pushups, flutter legs... and other fun stuff in between. Killer work out, but I loved it.

      You have to start somewhere and you are there, so that is what counts! Good job, I'm sure by the end you will kick butt at those push ups!
