    Wide awake at 3 am so go up and out at 4. Nice morning, then ran into some interesting things. I'm sticking to the insides of town at this time of the day.

      good job getting out there! Hmm wondering what interesting things ... I was awake at 4am today and briefly entertained the thought of getting back to early morning running in cheney. Very briefly. Maybe in a few weeks. I am always chicken and stay on main in the dark by myself. Does get boring.. Sometimes see the cop 5-10 times on a run .

    Boring and it takes too long. Had to jog across the street to beat a car and even those few steps hurt the back.

    Elliptical -last nights run made my back even hurt doing this and impossible to sleep. Okay, it is time to not run at all for a few days and see from there.
