    Boring and it takes too long. Had to jog across the street to beat a car and even those few steps hurt the back.

    Elliptical -last nights run made my back even hurt doing this and impossible to sleep. Okay, it is time to not run at all for a few days and see from there.

    Pushed through it, back still hurt. Tomorrow should be another machine day at the gym....but I need to go early, let's see how that goes!

    Back is still no good. After 1 1/2 miles run, the rest was alternate walks and run. I shouldn't complain I was out there, thinking of my dad the entire time.

      Oh no! Sorry to hear about your back!! I am glad I usually run outside of town too so no one hears or sees my embarrassing stuff. And it's nice to be able to stop to pee whenever :-)

    Met up with Tony and Kay for a run around the west side. It got a little wet. For some reason I struggled with the first bit but felt better later. Glad they ran slow with me.
