Nice effort Erin - those will come back quickly - if you can make it out there once per week and do some 400/400 work - it will help quite a bit.

If you have a track nearby some 100 ins and outs is also a great workout

Nice 5 miler Erin. I think it's time for us to get back into running with renewed vigor to honor ourselves and the runners and spectators in Boston yesterday and all over the world everyday. (Thought for a new design?)

stadium finishes may prevent this kind of thing but I like finishing on the road. I, too, feel weird and violated by this attack.

Great job with all the stress/hassles. Scotland 10k was the first race I ever ran in Central Park. It was so cool to see all the sites you only usually see in movies.
