great Indoor track 3 mi 00:30 10:00 pace

Today I wanted to get a "good" run in. I went to the gym and ran on the indoor track. I didn't wear a watch and I didn't count laps. I just checked the clock on the wall and ran for 30 minutes while listening to my favorite (and newly added) songs on my mp3. I think I went faster than 10 min/mile, but who knows. I didn't care. I wanted it to be a run for fun, and it was. :)
