      It comes back fast with the crosstraining you have done! I know I already told you this, but the first 7-10 days running again my hamstring especially and muscles on the bad leg were wicked tight and it was making me feel dismal. It has cleared up! Give it another few weeks and I think you will be fine and feeling normal!

      She is great, and wait until tomorrow. I'm going to do her Monday night class again. We did the bear and crab walk and I don't think I have done that since grade school and that was a long time ago!!

    I was definitely tired today, but after I ran I burned a few more calories. Man, if you need a good cross training option, take a spin class. It's tough, but it goes fast.
