Since I ran to the gym decided to do the rowing machine to start. Rowed 2000m in 10 minutes.....forgot how great the rowing machine feels since it works so many different muscle groups. Then our group did the group core class. I still have a lot of work to do to get those abs back into shape. Overall great workouts this morning :)
