good Class 5 - Y Not Shrink It & Group Active Class 02:00

After indulging in a few to many good foods over the Easter weekend I was back to the Y this morning for another workout with my Y Not Shrink it group. Ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill followed by some circuit training. After our workout I decided to try the Group Active class.....combo of aerobics and weights......felt great to get a 2 hour work in today and burn off those extra calories I consumed over the holiday.
