    3 miles in between thunderstorms earlier today. Rained off and on during the run which felt good. Temps were decent but humidity was awful. Not the best run but was great being out there.

    No idea how far I went but the nieces were napping so I did a quick 20 minute HILLY ride. Definitely a harder ride than most at home thanks to those hills
