Target HR None / Actual HR 137. Just an easy Jog to remind my legs today is not all fun and games, it's just the calm before tomorrow's storm up Burkemont Mountain, where I plan to slay the Burkemont(ster)!. Proverbial of course...remember, I'm primarily doing this race for charity & to increase my endurance training...
