Target HR 145-150 / Actual HR 159. Temp 69 ish, Humd. 62%, Great conditons for a PR run for Distance. That's right, Ye Haw Ya'll, I set a PR for Distance today. The good part, I felt pretty strong the whole run. Highlight of the run, the feeling of such Freedom and appreciation of being An American. Have a Great Day.
