great Week 16, Day 106 Half Trng. 7.11 mi 01:04 09:01 pace

Target HR 150 / Actual HR 154. Prerun Wgt. 160.4 / Postrun Wgt. 158.4 - Great run in light rain & cool temps. I incorporated my tentative fueling/hydration strategy for my half. I drank water mixed with vitamin B mix every 2 miles & took 1 GU pack on mile 4 with water, and then water with vitamin B at mile 6. It worked out so nicely, I'm going to do this on any run schedule for 1 hour or more. Thanks to the DM'ers who gave me their input as to fueling/hydration strategies.
