good Bike Instead of Work Ride 20.14 mi 01:15 16.2mph pace

Ironically, Bike to Work duties got in the way of my biking to work today, so I just took a nice ride after lunch. Enjoyed Josh D. 's company.

  2. RUN

Cut it short because of foot pain. Not sure whether to run through it or continue to rest it. Got to resume running at some point.

It was easy sailing with nearly 18 till I turned back north and hit a headwind. Apparently, I'm not very aero! :)

good Nowhere route 7.7 mi 00:30 15.4mph pace

Chance of rain and 15 mph winds kept me inside on the stationary. I've decided I'd rather be rained on.

Ha! I agree. I don't know how these folks ride for hours in one spot. But that wind makes it feel almost the same on the road. Good job making it happen.

I looked for another category to put this in, but swimming was the closest I could find. Slow and ugly, but at least I got back in the water. I had hoped to sneak into the pool at a quiet time. Ha.... read more

Nice ride! If you have a trauma induced hemotoma, you will probably be dealing with post traumatic stress syndrome. This will enable you to draw disability. Now you will have more time to train.
