After transporting wood from the front to the back of the house via wheelbarrow as Caroline stacked on Monday (has to count for something) and playing golf yesterday with the snail league I was ready to get out today! Been awhile since I've done a long run, but felt good - slow and steady. Although, by the end I was tired! (That's for you, Henrietta.) A little muggier than I thought it was going to be, but all in all a nice day and a good run.
