    I am thinking of you! I can't wait to get out and run tomorrow. I wanted to run everyday but know since I am starting back I have to take it easy! Those weights and core - they are yours!!! Love the smiley guy!

    @Terry - I'd like to run every day but know that every other is better for me. I do cross training on the other days. Whatever works!
