Suddenly, my leg felt a lot better today. I decided to see what would happen, and walked a little to warm up, then ran. When the leg started to feel like it needed a rest I would walk. Did that the whole way and it felt pretty darned good! It's getting hotter out there so I think I will start getting up early again to run

    Awesome run/walk today, Kim! Glad to hear you felt great, too! It was already pretty humid out there at 7am - wondering what time we'd have to get up in order to get out there and not wilt?!
